Testimonial:    Our favourite place in the city

We first stayed in 2019 on our first holiday as a couple, and came back in 2024 to celebrate 5 years together - we refuse to stay anywhere else in Norwich, and we talked about how much we enjoyed the Gothic House for the whole five years. It's a beautiful place and makes for a truly wonderful stay, and it's impossible not to love Clive. We're already thinking about when we can return again. If you're going to Norwich, make this your first choice; Clive takes fantastic care of his guests and the house and it's somewhere you look forward to going back to at the end of a day in the city.

Art and media

Sometimes Gothic House is used for television work and in May 2022 it was included, at the beginning of the 250th Norfolk and Norwich Festival of Arts, in the falling domino installation. It was set up by more than 200 volunteers and in the link below the dominos fall in the Breakfast Room (see 6 to 10 seconds in).

Right: two pictures of the blocks being set up.
